Who is behind DiscoveringIA
DiscoveringIA was founded by Jorge Fernandez, an AI automation specialist based in Dublin with a background in financial operations, customer experience, and business management.
Jorge spent several years working in operations at PayPal, one of the world's leading fintech companies, where he developed a deep understanding of how large-scale systems handle process automation, compliance, and customer workflows. He holds an MBA and a Level 6 diploma in Accounting and Finance — which means the systems he builds are designed not just to work technically, but to make sense financially for your business.
That combination — operational experience, financial grounding, and hands-on AI implementation — is what DiscoveringIA brings to every project.

Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute consultation. We take the time to understand your business, your current processes, and where the biggest time and cost leaks are. Then we build a solution designed around your specific situation — not a generic template.
